Shipping and Delivery

Please allow 7-14 business days after your order has been placed for confirmation that your order has been shipped. All packages will be shipping out of Burbank, California. We are a small business primarily ran by one person working around the clock to get your order shipped in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience. 

Once your package has left our office, USPS is responsible for the package. Hexes and Horses cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or incorrect mailing addresses. Visit their website for instructions on how to make a claim, using your tracking number. You can also find your local post office on the USPS site, and they will have a local phone number to call. 

Returns and Exchanges 

Some items are hand made to order. At this time, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. If your order is incorrect or damaged, please let us know within 14 days so that we can make it right.

Restocks and Sales

If a product is sold out in your size and you're interested in purchasing if restocked, please contact us. Currently, we are doing very limited runs of new products but there is always the possibility of getting you a specific item you’d like to purchase that may be out of stock. If an item will not be restocked, we will list it in the description.
