Shipping and Delivery

Please allow 7-14 business days after your order has been placed for confirmation that your order has been shipped. All packages will be shipping out of Burbank, California.

Returns and Exchanges 

We take pride in our work and are striving to provide you with the best product. If you have any issues, please reach out and we will work to make it right. 

For returns and exchanges the customer is responsible for shipping costs. 

Missing or lost packages

If an item is missing from your order, please reach out to us. 

If the entire order hasn't been delivered, also reach out to us and we will help as best we can. Once your package has left our office, USPS is responsible for the package. Hexes and Horses cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages or incorrect mailing addresses.

We want our customers to be happy, so if there's any issue don't hesitate to contact us.  

Restocks and Sales

If a product is sold out in your size and you're interested in purchasing if restocked, please contact us. Currently, we are doing very limited runs of new products but there is always the possibility of getting you a specific item you’d like to purchase that may be out of stock. If an item will not be restocked, we will list it in the description.
